I would suggest, bringing up Arbor on google n' email them thru their "contact us" portal. I used it a load of times...LOL

It took many,many harassing emails to them to finally get any attention n' I'm seriously doubting we're still dealing with the "original" Steve ?
Hoping this post helps those needing to pay n' save their A/Cs and further suggest, EVERYONE take care of their OWN A/Cs.

Thanks. I've been harassing them, once in a while. But now I'll buckle down and harass them constantly until I get a reply. We sure don't need lousy customer service, which is what Arbor Hosting is doing right now. Originally it was Sally who made the deal with this Steve - that she would save him the trouble of having to deal with ten people. She would collect our info, domain names, money and questions. It worked fine as long as she was alive. Lesson learned the hard way.
