Three of these I made by putting my camera (not cell phone) on a tripod and then experimenting to see how successful I could get at capturing images from the TV.
I don't remember what the ideal settings turned out to be. Since TVs scan line-by-line, sometimes you can get funny looking images as the pictures on the TV is changing. But I didn't save those, and now wish I had.
