Full Version: favicon icons

Flo, the info lists several browsers supporting favicons; but specifically states they are not supported by IE. Since IE is passé the point is moot now. When the page was written IE supported favicons and always did. I have been using them for years on my pages and they always showed on IE from the beginning until the last version, 11.0.17134.799 that was released last June.

For a while, Apple's Safari didn't support them, either. But Safari now supports them.
