I don't imagine that I would use that site often enough to download it. However, my building is currently under construction, with new balconies being built, so the picture should change next year.

I use Google EarthPro several times a week. Street view is not avaialable in my neighborhood. If you use the link for street view with my address, you "land" on the street directly behind my house. Use the arrows to "drive" around the block and you are stopped at the entrance to my neighborhood.
