This is an easy one. Don't let the looks fool you. When you copy the codes, you'll see the built-in directions as comment tags. The whole script goes in the head. One command is added to the body tag. You can leave in the On-Off feature or remove it. Try putting in a gradtable with transparent colors, to see them change as the backgound colors change.
