For those of you on MSNTV who have webspace at a server that allows advanced scripting, you've probably already discovered that having your own tools is best. That way you do not have to rely on what might be hit and miss service where the tools are kept... A scope maker is one such tool. This zip file contains an html file and a php file. The php file may need editing depending on your server. Put them in the same directory and save the URL of the html file on an F- Key or an Auto-F. Then when you want to make a scope, you got a quick, RELIABLE tool. If your host does not allow php scripts, or cgi and you are ready to try these then by all means find a host where you can continue to grow and learn.
