WHAT IS A TABLE BORDER?

This page is enclosed in a table which has a border 10 pixels wide. The border is like the top, sides and bottom of a square or rectangular container. The border will be the same color as the table bgcolor for MSNTV. Computers using Internet Explorer will see a border the color of the page bgcolor.
